Licences, payments and refunds for source code are handled by Envato Market. Envato's refund policy applies, and refund requests go through Envato.
Before you ask for one, write to us. Most problems are fixed the same day, and the item's support covers it.
02Setup and branding
Price agreed before we start. You provide the domain, hosting or server access and the accounts and API keys the product needs.
- If we cannot get the product running on the infrastructure you provide, you get everything back.
- Once it is running and you have confirmed the first test flow, the setup is delivered and not refundable.
03Custom builds
Every project has a fixed price and a delivery date agreed in writing before work starts, usually paid in milestones.
- You can cancel at any time. Milestones not yet started are refunded; delivered milestones are not.
- Bugs in the agreed scope are fixed free for 30 days after delivery.
04What is not a reason for a refund
- Revenue, users or traffic. Calculators on our product pages show examples, not a forecast or a promise.
- Changes outside the agreed scope, or third-party services (app stores, RPC providers, exchanges, ad networks) changing their rules.
